Reed & Associates has over 50 years of combined experience in appraising a variety of commercial, residential, and special use properties. Although our primary market is Southwestern Michigan, we also appraise certain types of properties in Ohio and Indiana. We also provide consulting services, portfolio management and tax appeals.
Established in 1992, Reed & Associates is a family owned real estate appraisal firm located near Kalamazoo, Michigan. Our two lead appraisers are both MAI members of the Appraisal Institute. The Appraisal Institute requires its members to uphold the highest ethical standards, and members must complete 100 hours of appraisal education every five years.
